Student Course Payment Processing

Please see our student payment process below to ensure you understand how our automated system functions.

  • Our system will notify you in advance via email of a payment attempt that is due
  • We’ll try to process your payment automatically on the due date, and then 2 additional times, with a 48-hour gap between each attempt.
  • If all 3 attempts fail, a $73 dishonour fee will be added to your account automatically.
  • The system will notify you via email of these failed attempts and prompt you to update your payment method.
  • We’ll keep trying to process your payment every 48 hours for up to 2 months.
  • Please note: If your payment remains outstanding after one month, your student account will be suspended.
  • If we still haven’t heard from you after two months, you will unfortunately fail the program, but you’ll still be responsible for paying the full remaining amount (as agreed in the terms and conditions here).
  • If we still can’t resolve the issue after two months, we may pass your account to a debt collection agency which will incur further fees. 

Member Registration Payment Processing

Payment Processing for your Monthly Payment – 12-Month Registration

  • Our system will notify you in advance via email of a payment attempt that is due
  • We’ll try to process your payment automatically on the due date, and then 2 additional times, with a 48-hour gap between each attempt.
  • If all 3 attempts fail, a $25 dishonour fee will be added to your account automatically.
  • The system will notify you via email of these failed attempts and prompt you to update your payment method.
  • We’ll keep trying to process your monthly payment every 48 hours for up to 2 months.

Payment Processing for your Annual Registration

  • Our system will notify you in advance via email of a payment attempt that is due
  • We’ll try to process your payment automatically on the due date, and then 4 additional times, with a 48-hour gap between each attempt.
  • If all 5 attempts fail, a $73 dishonour fee will be added to your account.
  • We’ll keep trying to process your annual payment every 48 hours for up to 2 months.

Important Notes for All Registration

  • Please note: If your payment remains outstanding after one month, your registration will be suspended, this may have an impact on your insurance. 
  • After two months, a reinstatement process will be required where all outstanding registration fees are paid and a reinstatement fee required.
  • If we still can’t resolve the issue after two months, we may pass your account to a debt collection agency which can affect your credit file. 
  •  If you wish to deregister, you will need to contact the member team and go through the deregistration process or follow the link in your member portal. Login here
