About The Organisation

The Sports Nutrition Association organisation is the only professional body responsible for the Establishment & Management of Best Practices for Sports Nutrition globally. 

We do this through education, professional regulation and registration, providing protection for both professionals and the public and maintaining a standard every can trust.

The organisation has been running for 6+years now & has had year on year growth since its incorporation.

What Working with Us is Like

Brisbane Based *do not apply if you are not located in Brisbane

We provide all new staff with an extensive 6-week initial onboarding ‘bootcamp’ training centred around developing a sound foundation of competence for you in your role

From there there is another ~4 months of ongoing development centred around helping you become proficient in key areas of your role

We also provide annual training and development to our team to ensure they’re always growing and developing in their roles & departments

About the Role

You will be working with and a key part of our existing Careers Advising & Assessing team (All of our career advisors+assessors are exercise/nutrition science grads).

We provide all new staff with an extensive 6-week initial onboarding ‘bootcamp’ training centred around developing a sound foundation of competence for you in your role

The time breakdown is as follows:

  • Career Advising (50% of the time)
  •  Assessing (50% of the time)

Which for those with 3+ years of successful private practice these aspects will/should be second nature for most as it translates to:

  • Prospective clients > Converting active clients > Client adherence > Client success
 

Package

Permanent Part-Time – 50k package (40k during onboarding & probation) for 25 hours/wk (5 hours/day days Monday – Friday) 25% WFH available after completing probation

 

Qualifications & Experience

 
  • Bachelor in Exercise/Nutrition Physiology/Science undergrad
  • Currently practicing with clients is a must!
  • Has clinic client work consistent for the last 3 years,
Intention to maintain clinical work in a part time capacity – we want you still working with clients to keep your finger on the pulse
  • Assessing (50% of the time)

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager who is:      
  • Passionate about helping and improving the standard of the nutrition industry overall

  • Understanding the nature of what Private Practice work is like in the industry

  • Have pre-existing knowledge of (or are you genuinely willing to learn) about the differing scopes of practice in the industry

  • Strongly aligned with SNA’s vision for the industry and mission of ‘ensuring the sustainable prosperity of the sports nutrition profession.

About the Role

 

You will be working with and a key part of our existing team, and have a structured 18-month (depending on qualifications & background) training and development plan that focusses on you become proficient in all areas of the business.

Given that no one else is doing what we do, you will be learning from scratch.       

The first 6-months will focus on onboarding you to become proficient as a Careers Advisor & Assessor – the backbone role of our organisation

  • This role is a blend of selling & then assessing/managing those you have enrolled, as such there are both sales specific, and student service/progress specific KPIs involved

  • The time breakdown is as follows:
    • Career Advising (50% of the time)
    • Assessing (50% of the time)

  • Goes to 85k after successfully completing probation

  • 120k after completing the training & dev (50% of the time)

Who We Are Seeking

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic ‘Administration Allrounder’ to aid in our organisation’s day to day operations. This is for someone who enjoys working in this variety of areas, believes in our mission, and shares in our values.

 

About the Role

 

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Account administration & reconciliation (approx. 25% of the role)

  • Multiple email inbox management & maintenance (approx. 25% of the role)
  • Customer service is a primary focus here

  • Some social media administration (approx. 10% of the role)

  • Admin Support for the Managing Director (approx. 15% of the role)  Contemporary admin projects as they come up (approx. 25% of the role)

Package


  • 20 hours/wk permanent part time, leave etc.

  • To be completed across 4-days/wk

  • 30% work from home capacity upon successful completion of probation

Qualifications & Experience


  • At least 12-months experience in a administration & accounts reconciliation & management

Who We Are Seeking

We are looking for an enthusiastic ‘Video Editing – digital production allrounder’ to handle the production, delivery, and growth of our digital content (primarily short form video) across our multiple social and digital accounts. 

This is for someone who enjoys working in this variety of areas, believes in our mission, and appreciates how crucial effective consistent digital content is in achieving this, while sharing in our values.

 

About the Role


You will be working with and a key part of our team (you’re responsible for ensuring we get our message out effectively!)


You will be responsible for producing the following content:


  • 4 x 10-20 second short form reel/TikTok clips per week

  • 4-6 x 20-90 second longer form reels per week (with captions & emojis)

  • 1 x 10-20 min longer form YouTube vid every 1.5 months (requiring storyboarding pre-planning & organising b-roll etc)

  • 1 x 60-90 min YT interview per month (not a lot of post production required here) – and upload to


You need to love effectively communicating brand messaging across contemporary media


The role is 3.5 days/wk part time


You will be taking over from our existing editor whose availability has changed, but is staying on for specialised project.



Package


  • 25-28 hours/wk permanent part time, leave etc.

  • 40k-45k base (increases after probation & based an annual performance)

  • Phone, & $12k mac studio in office editing powerhouse provided

  • Must have decent DSLR & lighting



Qualifications & Experience

 

  • At least 12-months experience in a digital content production role

  • Familiarity with Fitness, Nutrition & Sports Science Industries

  • Highly effective & proficient in premier pro & mobile app based editing for high quality agile production

  • Experience scoping, briefing & managing multiple projects at the same time

  • High level of G-Suite/Sheets/Excel literacy
